Onofiok Luke Commends Iwaudofia For Not Displaying ‘Eye Service’ As Aide To The Governor
The Member representing Etinan/Nsit Ibom/Nsit Ubium Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Barr. Onofiok Luke, has commended the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Matters, Comrade Aniefiok Iwaudofia, for displaying sincerity in his assignment as an Aide to the Governor.
Luke, a former Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, dropped the commendation on Sunday, while speaking at the January Edition of Akwa Ibom State Youths Prayer Conference, held at Church of God, Ikot Etobo, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area.
He particularly hailed Comrade Iwaudofia for being consistent in organizing the monthly Youth Prayer Conference without any iota of what he tagged ‘eye service.’
“I commend the SSA, Comrade Aniefiok Iwaudofia for consistently organising this prayer conference till today, not minding whether the Governor is present or not. You have been consistent in gathering the youths to pray, without doing eye service. You don’t wait for the Governor to come. The God that sees in secret will reward you”, he said.
Hon. Luke also lauded Governor Udom Emmanuel for the various projects in Nsit Ubium and for the support he (Luke) enjoyed from the Governor during his days as Speaker of the State Assembly.
“I want to thank the Governor for encouraging the youths to grow. I thank His Excellency for the support he gave to me, especially, during my years as Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. I want to thank him and I still owe my loyalty to him”, he said.
