DISSOLUTION OF ALL REVENUE COMMITTEES/TERMINATION OF ALL REVENUE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS OF UYO LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL

The Executive Chairman of Uyo Local Government Council, Dr Uwemedimo Udo has approved the dissolution of ALL revenue committees and termination of ALL revenue contractual agreements of Uyo Local Government Council effective today, December 8, 2020.

To this end, all official revenue receipts of the council and other revenue documents should be returned to the Director of Finance, Uyo Local Government Council within 24 hours of this announcement.

The general public is hereby advised to be wary of any person or group of persons who may continue to parade themselves as revenue officials or agents of the local government council forthwith. The security operatives have been directed to act accordingly.

The management of the council shall duly inform all esteemed revenue payers of further development in this regard.

The Executive Chairman thanks all those who served in the various committees for their services and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
